Crew tested in live drills

The incident command training platform
for today's crews

Build the scenario from a real address in your district. Dispatch it, work it on the radio, and review the recording afterward. Runs in a browser on the devices your members already carry.

A drill, from build to debrief

Build it on a building your crews know

Start from a real address in your district, using your own photos, street-level imagery, or the aerial. Place fire, smoke, victims, hydrants, hazards and apparatus where they actually sit. Set severity levels the instructor can step through, and schedule injects to fire on the exercise clock. Or pull a scenario from the library and drill tonight.

Sides B, C, and D from one photo AIShoot Side A with a phone or pull it from street-level imagery. The remaining sides are generated from that image, so a walk-around scenario is ready in minutes without sending a company out to photograph the building. Generated sides are a training view, not a survey: look at them before you drill on them.

Run it like a working channel

Members join by session code from the phone in their pocket. Assignments go out in the lobby, dispatch goes out when the clock starts, and every unit arrives on its own response time, so crews get the scene when their rig does and not before. One unit transmits at a time on half-duplex push-to-talk. Command marks intended apparatus positions before companies arrive, and anything spotted off that plan is flagged for the debrief.

Dispatch reads the call AIA synthesized dispatcher gives the units, the address and the time-out when the exercise clock starts, then delivers elapsed-time notifications and PAR prompts on the interval you set. Nobody sits off to the side reading a script.

Debrief from the record, not from memory

The exercise replays as it happened: positions, assignments, scene changes, and radio traffic transcribed on the timeline. The crew gathers in a review room with open voice while the instructor drives the playback and marks up the scene. Evaluations stay private until they are released. Every drill prints as a one-page record you can file.

Radio traffic transcribed AIEvery transmission is transcribed and searchable in the review. Find where command was passed, or what the interior company reported, without scrubbing through audio. The transcript stays with the training record permanently; the audio itself is kept for 14 days.

Every kind of call your crews run

Interior operations

Assigned companies work the fire inside. Command has no interior view and runs it from the street, on radio traffic and CAN reports.

Wildland size-up

Real ground from a map coordinate: contours, true distances, a perimeter with acreage, and weather that shifts mid-drill. Command declares LCES against flame length.

HazmatBeta

The hazard is invisible and identifying it is the drill. Placards legible only from the right standpoint, papers that mean walking to the cab, meters that answer from where a crew stands.

Night drills AI

Set the scenario to night and the scene darkens live. Exterior views are relit, so the 0200 call looks like 0200.

Apparatus placement drills

A tabletop on the aerial: everyone on scene, anyone moves any rig, open microphones, nothing recorded. Twenty minutes, not an hour.

For the department, not just the drill

Schedule and invitePut a drill on the calendar and pick who is coming. Everyone gets the time with a calendar file, a reminder two hours out, and a note if it moves.
Mutual aidLink with a neighboring department and open a drill to them. Their members join from their own sessions list without a code, and their hours go home to their own records.
Training hours on recordEvery drill feeds a per-member report: time holding command, time as crew, evaluations. Export it shaped for continuing education and recertification.

Pull a scenario from the library and drill tonight, or build your own when you are ready.

Any real address becomes the scene, built from street-level and aerial imagery. Where no photo of a side exists, one is generated, so a missing angle never stops a drill.

See how a drill works

We will walk through building a scenario on a real address, running a live drill with dispatch and radio, and the after-action review afterward, then talk about how your department trains now. Send your details and we will email you to arrange a time, usually within 24 hours.
