Every active roster member uses a seat, and your department is billed for whole blocks, rounded up: a 30-member department pays for one block, a 50-member department pays for two.
What every subscription includes
Scenario building from your own photos, Street View, and aerial imagery of real addresses; live multi-company drills with dispatch, arrival timing, and half-duplex radio; the command board with strategy, assignments, CAN reports, and PAR prompts; the complete after-action review with synced radio and transcripts; night drills with AI relighting of daytime photographs; private scenarios for promotional evaluations; evaluations and training-hours reporting; apparatus placement; interior simulation; wildland size-up on real terrain; and hazmat, with placards, shipping papers, and meter readings taken from where a crew is standing.
Guest joins
Each block of 30 seats also includes 60 guest joins a month, pooled across the department, for mutual-aid partners, recruits not yet on the roster, and joint drills. Adding roster members mid-period is never blocked; seat counts square up at renewal.
How departments pay
Card, ACH, purchase order, or invoice, with net-30 terms accepted. Annual billing on a single yearly invoice fits municipal purchasing: one PO, one check, done.
Renewal and cancellation
A subscription runs for a month or a year, whichever you picked, and renews at the end of it. To stop a renewal, tell us at least 30 days before the current period ends. Seat counts square up at renewal, so a department that grew mid-period settles the difference then rather than being blocked from adding members. The full terms are at getsizeup.com/terms.
