One subscription includes everything. There are no feature tiers: every department gets the full product, and pricing scales with department size.

What the subscription includes#

Scenario building from photographs, Street View, aerial imagery, and AI-generated views; fire, smoke, victims, apparatus, and hazards; situation levels and injects; live multi-company drills with dispatch, arrival timing, and half-duplex radio; the command board with strategy, assignments, CAN reports, PAR and elapsed-time prompts; the complete after-action review with transcripts; evaluations; training-hours reporting; roster, settings, and badge; and all three modules:

  • Apparatus placement: arriving crews park their own rig on the aerial, and where they park decides which side of the building they walk out onto.
  • Interior simulation: companies work inside the structure while command stays blind on the exterior, with CAN reports and declared heat.
  • Wildland size-up: terrain maps from real coordinates, fire perimeters, weather, structured size-up reports, and LCES.

Pricing and guests#

Pricing is per seat, in blocks of 30: every active roster member uses a seat, and the department is billed for whole blocks, rounded up, at $49 a month or $499 a year per block. Payment by card, ACH, purchase order, or invoice; net-30 terms accepted.

Each block also includes 60 guest joins per month, pooled across the department, whether the block is fully seated or not. Guests are for visitors: mutual-aid partners, recruits not yet on the roster, joint drills. When the month's pool is spent, new drills cannot be created with guest joins enabled until the pool resets on the 1st; drills already running are never interrupted, and drills without guests are never affected. Adding roster members is also never blocked: seat counts are squared up at renewal.

If a subscription lapses#

Nothing is deleted. Scenarios keep their module settings and their interior views, and past drills stay reviewable. Saving a scenario that uses the modules is refused until the subscription is active again, and a drill loaded from such a scenario runs with those modules off, with a line in the feed saying so. Reactivating makes everything work again with no rebuild.
