The printed after-action record
The review is for watching a drill again. The record is for filing it: one page you can print, save as a PDF, and put in a folder or attach to an email.
Printing one#
Open the After-Action Review tab, find the drill, and click Record on its row. The document opens, and Save as PDF hands it to your browser's print dialog.
You do not have to open the review first. The record is on the list beside the drill it belongs to.
Turn off "headers and footers" in the print dialog once, and the page comes out clean. Browsers add the page URL and the date by default.
What is on the page#

Who can print one#
The same people who can open the review. There is no separate permission: if the drill's review is yours to watch, its record is yours to print, and if it is not, the record will not open either.
For a member that means their own drills, and evaluations only once the instructor has released them. For an instructor it means the whole record, including evaluations that have not been released, which are marked on the page as not released.
Why the transcript matters#
Radio audio is kept for a limited time and then swept, to keep the volume from filling with WAV files. The transcript is kept for good. So the printed record is the copy of the radio traffic that outlives the audio, and it is worth exporting a drill you intend to keep while the clips still play.
